We review the floor plan, mark data points and Wi-Fi positions, plan the comms room and coordinate with the fit-out contractor so that structured cabling goes in before ceilings close. For a relocation we also document the existing setup, so everything that works today is reproduced at the new address.
On move day our engineers disconnect, label, reconnect and test equipment in an agreed order, usually over a weekend or evening to limit disruption. Once the office is running, the same team can look after it under an IT annual maintenance contract or through IT support in Abu Dhabi.

Computers, monitors, docking stations, printers and scanners are placed, connected and tested at each desk, with printers mapped for the right departments.
IP phones, conference units and meeting room displays are connected and tested, and extension numbers follow staff to their new desks.
CCTV, door access control and attendance devices can be installed as part of the same project so that cabling and network ports are planned once.
