Our Installation Process
1. Site survey
An engineer visits your Dubai site, walks the entrances, corridors, stores and outside areas, and agrees with you what each camera must see. We check lighting, cable routes and where the recorder will sit.
2. Design and quotation
You receive a camera plan with locations, camera types (dome, bullet, turret, PTZ or fisheye), lens choices, storage days and a clear quotation.
3. Cabling and installation
We run neat structured cabling, install IP cameras and the NVR recorder, and connect everything to a PoE switch and UPS so cameras keep running through short power cuts.
4. Setup, testing and handover
We set recording schedules, motion zones, retention and user accounts, test night vision and playback, and show your team how to view and export footage.

Cameras need regular care: cleaning lenses, checking angles, testing recording and replacing failing hard disks. Our CCTV AMC covers scheduled visits and fast help when a camera goes offline, and can be combined with an IT AMC so one team looks after your whole office.
