For companies with offices, branches or sites in more than one emirate, VOWTECH provides managed IT from its Abu Dhabi base — either fully managed or alongside your own IT staff — with the same device builds, security policies, monitoring and documentation applied at every location.
Companies that grow across the UAE often end up with a different IT setup in every branch: a different firewall, a different backup method, a local technician who set things up his own way. Each site works, more or less, but nothing is consistent, nobody has a complete picture and every problem has to be investigated from scratch because no two offices are alike.
A UAE-wide managed service fixes this by treating all sites as one environment. VOWTECH is based in Abu Dhabi and serves Dubai and businesses across the UAE through central remote management, supported by on-site visits. The local detail is covered on our managed IT services in Abu Dhabi and managed IT services in Dubai pages.
Not every branch needs the same depth of service. A head office may justify full management while a small showroom needs only maintenance, which can be arranged as an IT AMC in Abu Dhabi or an IT AMC in Dubai inside the same overall agreement. What stays constant is the standard: the same builds, the same policies and one source of documentation.
The right model depends on whether you already employ IT staff and what you want them to spend their time on.
VOWTECH acts as your IT department. We own monitoring, patching, the helpdesk, backups, vendor follow-up and reporting for every site, and management has a single provider to hold accountable.
Your IT team stays in charge and we fill the gaps they choose: overnight monitoring, patching, branch support in other emirates, a specialist skill, or simply extra capacity during busy periods.
Either model can include planning support: budgets, equipment refresh cycles, new branch openings and technology decisions reviewed by a senior consultant rather than decided in a hurry.
Monitoring is only useful when it covers the things that actually stop people working. These are the six areas we instrument.
Hardware health, disk capacity, memory pressure, critical services and event logs on physical servers and on the hosts and virtual machines that run on them.
Update status, antivirus state, disk health and encryption status on staff computers, including laptops that spend most of their time outside the office.
Switches, firewalls and wireless access points at each branch are checked for availability, firmware age and configuration changes, with configurations backed up centrally.
The connection at each branch and the VPN tunnels between sites are monitored, so a branch that has lost contact with head office systems is noticed before its staff have to call.
Every backup job at every site reports into one view. Failures and jobs that silently stopped running are followed up, and restore tests are rotated across locations.
Endpoint protection alerts, firewall security events and suspicious sign-ins to cloud accounts are reviewed, and can be extended with our managed security service.
Onboarding is where a managed service succeeds or fails, so it follows a fixed sequence.
Every location is surveyed and recorded: equipment, internet links, software, licences and local contacts.
Administrator credentials are collected from previous suppliers, changed and stored in a secured vault.
Monitoring and management agents are rolled out and alert thresholds are tuned to avoid noise.
A standard device build, patch policy, backup policy and naming convention are agreed and applied.
The helpdesk opens to all staff, and the first service review confirms that the scope is working.
Consistency is not tidiness for its own sake; it is what makes problems quicker to fix and new branches simpler to open.
The same firewall family, Wi-Fi setup, build and policies mean a fix found at one site applies to all of them.
Management sees the state of IT in every emirate in a single report instead of piecing it together.
Responsibility can be shared with your own IT team and adjusted as the team grows or shrinks.
